We have a yard full of lovely gardens but we need them removed and culled back as we will be renting the property (and we believe the gardens will be too hard for a new tenant to maintain)

Shrubs need pruning. Garden beds need weeding and mulching. Maybe woodchip if I can work that into the budget. Have potted plants that need repotting/fertilising etc. I haven’t been able to give them the attention they need. Yard needs a general tidy up. I was in the middle of repotting a few months ago and ill health has now limited me so the pots etc need to be tidied up. I have bought a tap timer and hoses/soaker hose which I would like set up so I don’t have more plant deaths please. If you have some basic handy man skills and able to collect materials, cut some corrugated iron, wood and then screw together, that would be amazing. I have tools. Green waste needs to be dumped please. Happy to negotiate payment but would appreciate if you can prioritise what needs to be completed versus what I would like done to suit your fee and my budget. I do have a young lad who mows the grass but the yard could use some poison to kill burs and along the boundary and some TLC in the areas where the grass doesn’t grow.
