Garden maintenance / home landscaping finalisation. We will supply all the required goods for this (concrete, stones, weed mat, etc.) therefore essentially install / labour only. 1) finalisation of front garden path (2 x 7m): remove existing astro turf, level, lay weed mat, install small concrete pads for each paver, backfill with stones 2) side garden bed: finalise weeding, remove final grass / weeds, lay weed mat, backfill with stones or mulch (TBD) 3) backyard: weed, backfill where stump grinded with existing soil, level garden bed, lay mulch / stones (TBD). Ability to remove some green waste would be preferred, please advise if possible. Happy to look at it as a 'hourly' type job at a cost per hour. There is very good access to the rear of the property along a driveway, however there is a pool infront of the hedge so access to the front is difficult. Tree loppers previously cleared our flat backyard for pool. Kept a few shrubs for privacy (3-4 Lilly Pilly and a few others, nothing requiring machinery) now want these pulled out, with their roots and the general area weeded. It is approx 12 x 7m. The weeds are green broadleaf, nothing spiky or woody, outside of the shrubs. Can be any day this week. Prefer waste removed but an option to leave in our trailer, if labour quote is good. If job goes ok and you can come back for weeding/ landscaping in future that would be great.
