Get a quote for someone to come do a clean up our extremely overgrown garden.. Property is 181m2 but the garden isn’t that. Doesn’t have to be perfect just get it under control. Has had occasional whipper snipper with a very small whipper snipper but we don’t have the time or proper equipment to take on the whole thing especially down in front of the house. Is mostly long weeds/grass and overgrown plants (which we love just need a tidy around them) but very uneven ground in front of the house and would need someone experienced to take it on with the right equipment. We don’t spend a lot of time down there so the functionality of it is not too important. just don’t want it to get too much more out of control than it already is/tidy up. Happy to discuss reasonable quotes we just did $450 as ballpark. I’m guessing it would be a full days work for possibly 2 people. Garden bed 1 along retaining wall 8mx30cm approx: Weed and plant out existing garden bed with flowers and mulch, then add edging to rear side to prevent grass growth. Garden bed 2: create new bed along boundary fence 17m x 30-50cm approx. Remove a strip of lawn, dig out and add weed matting and soil, plant out with flowers and shrubs, mulch and dig in edging and secure to finish. May need to level a bit. We are trying to organise a clean up of our yard with ongoing maintenance, We live on a sloping block in Currumbin, so there are a few levels, but there is access from the front and back. We would prefer an hourly rate, as the idea would be for you to do work as its required (is some times it may be more work than others).
