General maintenance required

I’m looking to find someone who has worked previously with spas, or is currently working with/ who can commit to operating my spa for me. I don’t have enough time to commit to keep it running Lately , my spa has been going green and I cannot commit to this constant Cleaning So I would prefer someone who is hands-on with everything

We have a commercial property that requires a general tidy up. Areas include mowing a grass patch, blowing and sweeping the carpar, picking up a few bits of rubbish and placing in the bin. Hello I have a ground floor apartment with two Cissus Antarctica planted on a fence for privacy. However it looks like at least one may be dying and they are definitely thinning out. Looking for a quote to initially tidy up the fence and then possibly plant (maybe two) new Cissus Antarctica vines to start growing in their place (plus the correct mulch or anything else required). The aim is to get the vine as thick, but as neat, as possible for additional privacy. Any other advice would be appreciated. Thanks Max.
