Hi there. I need someone to help with a deep clean of our outdoor areas which consists of a tiled outdoor courtyard and a pathway down the side of our house. Budget is based on 3 hours of work. Happy to adjust if it runs over that time. You'll need to clear out a big build up of green waste around the courtyard and then power clean the tiles using a high pressure hose that I'll provide. Have a large balcony which has been left unmaintained over the winter. There are several weeds growing that need removing. The floor tiling needs sweeping and scrubbing. The walls of the balcony also need scrubbing to remove dirt. It also requires removal of some dead plants/small rubbish items. There is no outside tap, so any water required will need to be ran from a hose from the apartment. I have a brand new gernie if required.
