Looking for regular yard and house maintenance, done regularly on for 4-6 hours each Friday, long term arrangement for someone that does a really quality job, is productive, and commits to regular times. Regular tasks include: regular mowing, edging, small amounts of weeding, leaf blowing/collection, some pruning, basic pool checks including chemicals and cleaning. This requires someone with gardening skills and basic pool management. More occasional tasks, as needed, include: some exterior cleaning/blasting, garden bed maintenance/weeding, law maintenance (extra watering - all using timers, hoses, so just needs someone to set it up for the day, fertilising), etc. Very rare, optional tasks if you're up to it: deck clean/sand/stain, basic gutter clean (just for leaves, no roof clean etc).
