We live in a unit and the backyard isn’t huge, it just needs an initial tidy up which I’ve budgeted in the first payment to take about 4 hours to get it all done. I’m 35 weeks pregnant and struggling to keep up but would love it looking great for summer and before a live in guest arrives Friday. I have bags of mulch, potting mix and bark ready to be used in the back garden once weeded and the rest can be used on the front after a tidy up as well. I would also love the pavers weeded, a pool of rocks wheelbarrowed to the front garden and a tip run done afterward of some things we want to get rid of. I need someone to do regular (once every 6 weeks) yard maintenance (lawns, ocasional trimming and hedjing) at a rental property in Highton. The block is quite big but there is not much lawn area. It usually takes around 2.5-3 hours per visit.

I have air coming out of my pool return that won't stop. I have run the system for 3 days for 2 hours at a time. I have backwashed the filter and rinsed but the air is still coming our and the strainer tub does not always fill with water well when pump is tuned on. The pump is only 4 years old. Just seeing how much this would cost, we recently moved to Geelong, but with busy family life we would like some assistance in keeping the garden as it is. I live in Highton, and I have a hedge that is too high for me to trim. The hedge is on my property, but you’ll need to cut the hedge from my neighbour’s side of the fence too (they are fine with it and will grant access). The hedge on my side of the fence is around 4m high, 20m long, and 1m in width. From my neighbour’s side, it’s about 4.8m high (there is a drop between the properties). I can offer one green bin, but you'll need to take away the rest of the green waste.
