The 'hedge' out the front of the property need cutting back into a straight hedge shape (requires more than a hedge trimmer this time - it needs a solid reshape to be straighter), the weeping overhanging tree also needs trimming from underneath so that it doesn't hang so low - and the nature strip needs whipper snipping, it's on a steep incline. All green waste and leaves needs placing into the green bin, or taking away if there is too much of it. Looking at 2 hours work for one person based on past work by others - and option for future work. If a tip trip is needed that will be extra on top.
