We’re looking for a reliable and experienced gardener to help maintain our new property located on Derwent St, Lyons. The tasks include: Mowing lawns Weeding garden beds Checking and maintaining plants Tidying up outdoor areas (e.g., sweeping, removing debris) Checking the irrigation system every couple of months Fertilizing and weed control every few months We’d ideally like fortnightly visits, but we’re open to discussing an “as needed” schedule based on the condition of the garden and your recommendations. We’d also like before and after photos sent to us after each visit to track progress. Please note that a tax invoice will be required. Need weeds trimmed from the garden and fertiliser added along with general maintenance for nature strip area of townhouse. Must bring own tools and fertiliser. A small partially paved backyard hasn’t had any work done on it for 12 months. Initial task is major weeding (not spraying) to tidy up and keep existing plants ahead of ongoing gardening.
