I am selling an apartment at 44-46 Memorial Ave Merrylands. Last weekend we had a viewing but the front of the property was very unpresentable with bins left out on the council strip and rubbish overflowing on the bins. I am asking for someone to attend to the property on Sat at 11.30AM and make the front of the building look presentable - pick up any rubbish around the bins, make sure bins are not overflowing, pull bins in to the visitor car park for the inspection time 12-12.30PM. After inspection but the bins back out on to the council strip.
