Hi We are looking for someone to help us set up a six-bedroom house in Rye and help us look after it for the long term. We have only just settled and its for us and family and friends to enjoy. It needs a little bit of love to set up and it’s currently being painted. There will be a bit of building going on outside over the course of the year including a pool and a deck and some of this work will be done by me. We are currently interviewing people to see if they would be a good fit and checking if you would be interested or have availability to help us look after it for the long-term. Jobs will mainly be house keeping, cleaning and light maintenance but it will extend to everything you would do to look after it like your own home. I will be doing some of the build myself so if you are handy with tools and enjoy it then there is opportunity to for work there as well To give you a background on , We have a short stay apartment business in the city where we manage 50 properties and have had the same team with us for 10 years plus. We are looking for someone similar down on the peninsula. If you are interested in this, please let us know your availability and hourly rate.
