Starting immediately Looking for a reliable, honest, competent, person to assist with miscellaneous gardening tasks on a regular weekly basis, all year-round. 4 hours per week, additional hours available as required $45 hour cash rate payment on the day of work. Prefer Monday mornings as it’s trash collection day, however very flexible. Tasks - General garden cleanup and maintenance; Mowing, edging, weed pulling, blowing/sweeping, snipping, raking, hedge trimming, pruning, planting, mulching, power washing, laying fertilizer, etc Knowledge of Reticulation systems is a plus. Knowledge of fencing, hard landscaping and paving a plus. Knowledge of general maintenance a plus Must be able to take instructions, work independently and complete tasks Must be physically capable and competent in the use of gardening tools and equipment. Must be capable of working outside in reasonable sun and weather. Light to medium lifting tasks include the use of wheelbarrows, shovels, moving bags of mulch, soil etc. Typically 25-30kilos max Must own your own protective work gear and arrive geared up with sun protection, sunnies, work boots, gloves, workwear and water bottle.
