Hi there, I'm looking for someone to come by tomorrow morning 8:30AM to a property in Payneham South for some hedge clippings, tidying up of leaves and other cleaning up outside / backyard / front of home. This property does not have any grass, therefore it should only require at least 1-2 hours of work, and I doubt it would take longer than that. No photos. You'll see the property for yourself tomorrow morning with my boss present. This is his property and you'll need to arrive on time and be very professional.

Low maintenance yard with artificial lawn but I’m not a green thumb so I’m looking for someone to do ongoing garden maintenance. My previous gardener has a new job so it’s in desperate need of some attention ASAP but after that, I’m looking for someone to come on a regular rotation every 4-6 weeks. If you are only able to help as a once off, that’s ok too. I have 3 small garden beds along the driveway and 1 small herb garden bed that require weeding, the artificial lawn requires sweeping to remove leaves and dog dropping, general sweep and tidy, along with watering gardens in summer. I’m happy to supply tools/equipment and the green bin for waste. I have two dogs but would keep them away while the work is being done. Hi there, We are after regular maintenance work for our gardens all year round. $100 per visit, I anticipate should be 2-3 hours per visit. Job is gardening and lawn mowing, you will need to provide your own lawn mower and gardening tools. Initially I would suggest every 2-3 weeks and open to discussions.
