Front lawn needs mowing, weeds are needing removal or cutting right down, then a heavy spray so its all dead. Rear same as above All waste needs to be compacted into green waste, please either take the rest away or use the neighbouring bins (if I ask they may assist) This is end of lease so most important is front (small area 4-8sq meters), driveway and porch (15sq meters) rear garden (max 75sq meters?) Total is around 75-100sq meters Picture shows front for idea of driveway and porch - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 13 January 2024
Trac is a hard worker, with some encouragement. He booked another job too early and had to leave a little early. He was kind, considerate and willing to negotiate. Because of all the positives, I was satisfied with his work and the price was fair. I believe others would have fallen short considering.
