Dog poop & dead garden from previous tenants requiring restauration/redesign with new soil...grass...pebbles... (unsure how to proceed - advise required). My husband already cut the grass with a lawn mower...when we found poo everywhere :( We'll decide if we buy pebbles or new grass but first need support with cleaning up and level the area.
