The front yard needs mowing & edging. There are also a few garden beds that need weeding/whippersnipping. The backyard mainly just needs whippersnipping, a bit of weeding & there is some paving that needs to be hosed/pressure washed.

There are some weeds that I need removed and weedkiller applied. Also there are some plants that I would like to remove from garden, and some mulch added.

Hi, bush Turkey's have made a mound in the backyard. Wish to spread maybe 25% of the dirt back into the garden 25% on the front garden and the remaining 50% to be taken away, as in photos there's two flights of stairs.

We have been having some ongoing issues with our pool where the water level seems to drop very quickly and we are continually having to top it up with the hose to keep the pump running. If the water drops below a certain level the pool pump doesn't function. We feel like there may possibly be a leak as the area below the pool is continually damp. Possibly the overflow piping but we're not too sure. The media in the filter may also need replacing as a side issue. We looking for an experienced pool technician who might be able to help diagnose what (if anything) is the issue, and fix it. As a side note we have a pump for our water tanks which we were previously using to top up the pool level when required, but this also seems to have stopped working. My house is nearly finished renovation, I need someone to mow the two very small patches of lawn, trim plants back and blow all the leaves from round the house and driveway. Taking what rubbish doesn't fit in green bin to the tip, as well as several lattice screens. I have tip vouchers. I will in the future be putting in some plants and rocks, soil etc and need someone to maintain the garden every 2 weeks or so.

Please quote on 3 hours of labour time, and an hourly rate for any additional time to be spent. You must have your own mower, whipper snipper, hedge trimmer and also be responsible for disposal of the clippings/cuttings. I can give you sufficient council waste voucher/s if that will help. I have a weed sprayer and poison for the smaller weeds around the garden, but you will need to pull and dispose of whatever can be reasonably pulled out by hand.
