Small nature strip and front yard with a medium sized backyard, whole lot will be mulched with rubbish removal not needed, if it is, we have a green bin you can use. Some gardening, weed pulling etc will be required on the initial job, but won't be for subsequent jobs. Offering $100 for the initial job, and then we'll negotiate a fortnightly amount. Estimated time for the total job is roughly an hour.
