Mowing, weeding and general clean up. Not long moved in and previous tenants did not look after the lawn/garden. Hey guys, Need some weeding and maintenance(tidy up) done around the house asap, getting out of control

I have a very tiny garden, most of which is fake turf. But I need some help with weeding and tidying the small border, and in the rocks, plus general tidying tasks - putting in a small, low fence around the border area (fence already purchased), removing a broken laundry drying rack from the fence, laying some more pebbles/rocks in certain areas. If any rubbish and green waste could be taken away too, that would be great. I don't think this is a huge job ... maybe a few hours work.
