Gardener/Landscaper Needed for Overgrown Property Cleanup Looking for a gardener / landscaper to help restore overgrown garden to a clean and manageable state. The job includes: General Grass Trimming: Cut back overgrown grass and weeds. Pruning & Trimming: Trim and shape overgrown shrubs and hedges. Weeding: Remove all weeds in garden beds, lawns and around the house (without poison due to pets). Garden Bed Cleanup: Clear out dead plants and tidy up overgrown garden beds. Leaf & Debris Removal: Collect and dispose of leaves, sticks, and other garden debris. Waste Disposal: Take all green waste that won't fit in the bin away for disposal (included in agreed price). I need this done for the back yard, side path, front yard and nature strip. Photos of the garden have been provided for reference. Please bring your own tools and equipment. Need general garden maintenance of the front garden and some plants around the back. Front yard plants mainly need watering, pruning and some small branches cut back so it doesn’t touch the house or obstruct any walkways. May need to mow the front lawn if the grass is too long. Sweeping of any debris in the garden and driveway is also required. Backyard plants require watering and pruning. Pruning especially needs to be done on the wallcreeper plant (on the right of the purple wallcreeper - see pic) so that it doesn’t go over the fence. Sweeping the back is also required. You will need to ring the doorbell and ask the tenants to make sure their dog is restrained or in the house before you enter the back via the side door. You can use the green bin to dispose of debris/grass at the back if you need to. This is maintenance of an investment property and I won’t physically be there to meet and inspect.
