Hi all, I am looking to tidy up my small courtyard, which is approx 24m^2 (3 x 8m). Please see photos for current state. Tasks include: 1. Generalised maintenance and cleaning: trimming leaves/ removing green waste (I have a green bin) 2. Planting the currently potted plants where/if appropriate (at least the 1 tall palm) 3. If all goes well, also after some advice/ quote on ongoing maintenance/landscaping. I’d like to add more low maintenance tall screening plants/deter mosquitos if at all able/improve general aesthetics of the courtyard so I see less of the opposite wooden fence. My small balcony garden needs a thorough clean up before my end of lease date, Wednesday 11th December. I need to pot a few plants, re soil some plants and do general maintenance to make it look like it was before. I might need some fake plants purchased from Bunnings as that is what was there before. I need a thorough clean done of a 6x6m outdoor terrace. Trim weeds from cracks, clean dirt off tiles, remove some debris (to bin downstairs) and give furniture a good wash. A pressure cleaner would probably come in handy. Start time would need to be 9am - job needs to be done by 11am. I’m offering to pay a bit extra to reflect the urgency of the job. The terrace is up three flights of stairs. There is a water connection inside a nearby bathroom. Some of the plants and furniture will need to be moved around - nothing is super-heavy. It’s still probably a two-person job.
