My small balcony garden needs a thorough clean up before my end of lease date, Wednesday 11th December. I need to pot a few plants, re soil some plants and do general maintenance to make it look like it was before. I might need some fake plants purchased from Bunnings as that is what was there before. I need a thorough clean done of a 6x6m outdoor terrace. Trim weeds from cracks, clean dirt off tiles, remove some debris (to bin downstairs) and give furniture a good wash. A pressure cleaner would probably come in handy. Start time would need to be 9am - job needs to be done by 11am. I’m offering to pay a bit extra to reflect the urgency of the job. The terrace is up three flights of stairs. There is a water connection inside a nearby bathroom. Some of the plants and furniture will need to be moved around - nothing is super-heavy. It’s still probably a two-person job.
