We need the current flue in place on our chimney changed from gas heater type flue to something that can be used for open fire place we now have ready for a small fire. Also needs to prevent rodents/birds getting into the chimney. We had a gas heater in place in the brick fireplace, we have removed and the gas line was disconnected etc. Chimney was checked out by chimney sweep about 6 months ago. Want to install a gas cooker in the kitchen. There is a gas line into the property which hooks up to a gas heater 4 metres away from where the kitchen stove is so I suspect that the gas line goes along the kitchen wall on the outside of the building. So need to get gas hooked up to freestanding stove.
