I have 3 outdoor gasmate heaters that need repair. Igniter not working and flame not staying on on a couple of them.

I have a Siemens gas stove top, when I try turning the gas on there is no spark (or even clicking) although the gas is still coming through fine. Research suggests the the spark module will need replacing however I can't be 100% certain this is the issue. I need someone with experience in repairing kitchen appliances to repair.
