I need someone to check the gas line and also quote me regarding installation for new line

Hi I need a gas safety check for a house in Brunswick. Gas heater, gas oven and maybe a hot water. Certificate upon completion Relating to the new rental legislation.

Replace old Bosch 10p instant hot water heater with a new same model. Have new ready to replace. Requires detaching old for new in same location on external weatherboard house.

Need a gas plumber/ electrician to install a gas cooktop and built in oven. Task includes the removal and disposal of existing cooktop (gas) and oven. Kitchen is located upstairs.

Our ducted gas heater doesn't seem to be igniting - air is blowing through the ducts but without any heat. We suspect one of the big storms last month may have resulted in the pilot light being blown out, as there was a small hole in the roof that has since been repaired. If this is the case, we'd love to get it re-lit! Or otherwise, get an idea of what else needs replacing/repairing. We unfortunately don't have a large ladder so you would need to bring one yourself. Replace existing 60cm gas cooktop with new 60cm gas cooktop. Old and new are both smeg; presumably the new one will have no issues fitting. Qualified gas fitters only, and compliance certificate to be provided. New gas cooktop to be properly installed and sealed into the bench. Hoping to get this done ASAP, but flexible on schedule.
