Cooktop with 5 burners. One of the burners gets spark and fire but not able to maintain the fire

According to gas inspection report of my house: "Move gas line from behind oven and move regulator and isolation in accessible cupboard". So I need a licensed technician to do this task and give me a report as fixed.

The heater began blowing out cold air, I went to reset the gas heating in the roof and noticed the pilot light was out. I then aimed to reignite the pilot light, but after holding the starter for a few minutes, the pilot light goes out once I let go. Could potentially be a thermocouple issue. The heater is an old Honeywell system and the box in the roof says Brivis Wombat 92.
