JOB DESCRIPTION: Gas line renewal services provided include: - Disconnection of existing gas line - Installation of new 32mm Copper gas line connecting to Hot water system, Space heater, Cooktop and oven - Routing of gas line up wall from meter and along roof line, dropping down and connecting to Hot Water System - Tee off into roof space with line running in roof space, dropping down external wall to space heater - Gas line run to cooktop down and through cabinet to back of cooktop - Alteration of pipework as per AS5601 - Supply and installation of gas isolation valve and adjustable gas regulator to oven and cooktop - Removal and reinstallation of inbuilt oven to run gas line - Fire protection of cabinets above cooktop with cement sheet (Please note this will block the small above cooktop exhaust fan) - Alteration of cabinet doors to ensure correct clearance - Subject to CO test and testing of appliances once gas line connected Also replace the existing Hot water system with a Vulcan 135L
