Disconnection and removal of old wall gas oven and installation and connection of brand new wall gas oven

Remove the existing gas cooktop. The electric oven below it will need to be pulled out to gain access. This should be straightforward. Then install new gas cooktop. It should fit in the existing opening. This is standard natural gas.
