We have an Ilve oven and it has needed a service for a few months as a number of the rings are not working. We have just come back from a trip overseas and the gas stovetop is not working. Paul managed to fix the issue we had with our cooker. The cooker is old and has a number of issues but Paul persisted until he managed to get it functioning again. We’re delighted with his work and the outcome as it has saved us another big outlay given we have replaced a number of appliances recently. Highly recommend Paul

We have a 6 burner natural gas stove with a gas oven under the stove, brand is gasmax. The pilot burner for the oven is not working usually we would have to hold it for 10sec before turning it on and recently we would have to hold it for over 3 or 4 minutes before it would hold the pilot flame now it’s not holding it at all.
