Sparks and lights up but doesn’t stay once the knob is released

Almost finished our install. Just need a gasfitter to connect with some hose and provide a certificate. Electrician has already hardwired in the oven. Rangehood and cupboards have been lifted to meet new compliance standards. Jets have been converted to lpg. New gas regulator has been installed. Ready to connect. We've been stuffed around enough already, so just need a straightforward job done at an honest price. Thanks

Replace old stove and install new stove

Need to install 60 CM gas stove with LPG converting Kit. Note: Need to remove the old stove.

Repair/replace the gas knob on my oven. The plastic knob bit has broken but also the steel inner piece is no longer turning at all, I think the inner gas valve part needs replacing

5 burner stove, only 1 burner consistently staying lit

replacement 75cm gas cooktop cutout is slightly smaller than existing cut out by 10 mm either side but over hang on new gas cooktop is 17mm either side. Oven replacement is exactly the same dimensions but is electric not gas. Water tank keeps overflowing when a downpour occurs from the top of the tank once full. Have had two plumbers out but still happening. No idea on what it would cost so just put $500 for budget.

Can someone switch off gas cooktop before conversion to induction? I am currently having a gas cooktop but needs to switch off the gas line professionally before handing it to an electrician. Shud be a straight forward job i guess.

The gas pipe for my stove needs to be relocated and the stove reconnected. The stove doesn’t fit flush against the back wall because the gas pipe from the floor blocks it from being pushed into place abutting the wall. The gas pipe needs moving. The house is vacant so the work can be completed at any time and any day that suits.
