Gas stove ignition issue where it keeps clicking even when not in use.

I'm looking for someone to replace an existing electric stove with a gas cooktop. Dimenstions of electric stove are W 59cm and D 52cm. The new cooktop is Bosch model PBH6B5B80A. Note that there is no gas connection under the stove so you would need to bring that from water heater outside. I believe the distance is approx. 3m. The dishwasher currently installed is an old one that was never used but I do see the waster water, water and electric connection going there. New dishwasher model is Bosch SMU66MS02A. People delivering the new one will take the old one you see in pictures. Last task is a bonus if you can do. It's a ceiling light in toilet (easily accessible) that needs to be replaced with a fanlight (exhaust fan + light). No issues if this can't be done. I will post a separate task. I'm assuming the main task (electric to gas stove) is for a gas fitter or plumber so please let me know if you are qualified and experienced to do it. Please also mention if the quote includes any materials or that will be billed separately. New appliances will be delivered on Monday but I'm fairly open whenever you can come and do this.
