We have installed new carpet and the doors now have difficulty opening due to the raised height of the carpet! My automatic gate has power going to it but the gate will not open / close when commanded to. It is a FAAC 740 sliding gate motor. Not sure if the issue is the motor or that the tread the gate runs on is worn... It sounds like it's doing something when on but the gate doesn't move.
