Need help installing a retractable awning to the roof of house. Ideally someone who has experience installing brackets or similar onto roofs. I have already purchased the awning and have found appropriate brackets to complete the job, but I need an experienced builder or handyman to install the bracket onto to the roof. We can help lifting awning onto the bracket once they are in place. I've attached photos of similar installs

I have an external gate which is attached to an intercom. The latch of the lock does not properly engage with the strike plate and therefore the door can just be pushed open. I think the strike plate needs to be adjusted. The gate is metal but the strike plate is attached to a wooden beam - potentially need to add further thickness to this beam?

Heavy wooden gate on steel frame to be rehung. Further hinges to be added to door frame. Hinges to be screwed and pop riveted into wood and steel. All hinges, screws, rivets provided. New chisels provided. Tradesman will require own rivet gun and electric drill and bits. Will need to drill out a couple of of broken rivets and redo. Drill bit for steel and wood required.

Timber gates, double leaf, total length 2.4m. Swings outwards. I want the motors installed inside the gate, not outside. The width of car space is quite narrow, so I'd prefer if you can find a way to mount the motor inside the pillars with extendable arms, so they don't take up car space. Or install motors in the car width but they must be narrow profile. One side of the gate is bricks, the other side has a steel post, see pics. There is power supply on a horizontal beam, about 3m away.
