I need a gate installed in my fence on Terry Road, Box Hill. It must be lockable. The panel I want replaced with the gate is pictured. it is 1200mm wide and 1800mm high. The existing panel can be used to construct the gate if that is easier/cheaper. I'd like to understand options and costs.

This is for a newly built townhouse. When I run the AC after a while water leaks from the ground floor ceiling and a huge amount of water is dumped on the floor. I need someone to investigate the issue and provide an analysis. I will get the issue fixed from the builder.

Gate to be repaired - it currently scraps on the concrete and needs to be cut to allow the gate to open and close smoothly. We also need a spring installed to ensure the gate closes automatically if someone tries to leave it open. Spring is purchased But would like an additional spring added so the gate doesn't open all of the way (highlighted green in photo).

I need help to increase widen the gap between the colour bond fence and the colour bond gate so that l can fit the two way hatch. There is no gap in between to fit the two way hatch.
