Find a professional gate installation in Blacktown

Hi All, I have a veranda that opens into a driveway and then onto the road. I would like a child/pool safety gate, the same style as day care centres, to be installed in the veranda. I am happy to get the parts, but just need someone to install it well. It needs to self close and have a safety latch like this: MagnaLatch Pool Gate Latch Safety Kit With TruClose Hinges from Bunnings $100. One side of the wall is Brick, the other side is a metal railing with low brick. Please see images. I will get you the parts. If you can get me a better deal on the parts than Bunnings/locals, then I'm all for it and will compensate you for your time. It will need a wide gate because we need to be able to move freely and including shopping and furniture, parcel delivery, suitcases, etc. It'll need the gate, the post, and the latch kit,with self closing hinges.

I need 2 pool fence gates fixed. They both don't close and I need them to. Not sure what you can do to help but my budget is as specified.

- Double swing main gate - One of them is sagging and touches the floor - The posts coming loose from the railing - Not sure but the gate might need to be moved up - Hinge might need to be moved.

Need help with fencing repair. Fencing door not closing properly with gap between the door and the post.

One of the gates on the side of the house was unscrewed from the wall. 1. It needs to be re-attached or screwed back into its original position. 2. The lock on the gate doesn’t work. Either fix the existing lock or attach a new lock. 3. Ensure the gate opens and closes properly. If gate width is too big to fit between wall and fence, please suggest or implement alternate solution. Thank you.

Sliding gate track needs to be bolted down to concrete as it won't fully open

This is for a newly built townhouse. When I run the AC after a while water leaks from the ground floor ceiling and a huge amount of water is dumped on the floor. I need someone to investigate the issue and provide an analysis. I will get the issue fixed from the builder.

Gate to be repaired - it currently scraps on the concrete and needs to be cut to allow the gate to open and close smoothly. We also need a spring installed to ensure the gate closes automatically if someone tries to leave it open. Spring is purchased But would like an additional spring added so the gate doesn't open all of the way (highlighted green in photo).

My ducted AC unit wont turn on. I suspect a blown internal fuse. One side of the cable has power and one doesnt. I need an AC technician to diagnose and fix the problem.
