Fixing and putting up wooden gate at the garden

The job involves adjusting a self-closing gate that is an entry gate to a swimming pool. The gate is timber and therefore pinches and swells a bit. Needs adjusting to ensure it closes properly and meets regulations

Glass pool gate has hafele hinge and PH floor spring (both stainless steel). Gate no longer soft closes but slams quickly when released

Removing and disposing of iron fencing and gates around pool. Will also need to remove fence posts that will need grinding out at base. There are 10 posts

Wooden gate that needs two palings replaced and screwed in- down and across. You will need to provide your own replacement wood planks please and your own tools (saw, screws and drill etc). My old dog chewed through this due to anxiety and I need this fixed today for the new dog we are getting. Please let me know if you have any experience doing a job like this especially if you are new to Airtasker.

The camera on the door bell has stopped working. The indoor panel is showing blue screen now when someone press the door bell, instead of the video. The system is wired between the outdoor and indoor unit. The indoor panel also allow us to unlock the gate via a magnetic system. The brand is “Aurine “

Digital ikon pushbutton lock to a colourbond gate. - Due date: Flexible

Two of our pool gates aren’t self closing and it appears that their hinges have been installed upside down (which makes it difficult to adjust the closing tension). I need someone to reinstall the hinges correctly and tighten so that the automatic self closing function is effective. It shouldn’t require any new materials as the existing hinges are fine (just installed ipside down) and I have a spare hinge that has been unused). There may be a need to drill new holes in the gate if the existing holes don’t align with the new hinge settings. - Due date: Before Friday, 12 January 2024

Gate does not close properly, had handyman try and fix before but they could not really fix it, improved it for short time only. Not sure what the problem is ? It's a corner property needing - i) Fence on the side road - 1.8m high as it is a busy road. Length 20m. ii) Fence on the front road - 1.5m high picket fence. Length 27m. Length includes the driveway gate and pedestrian gate. The width of the gates is 3m (driveway) and 1m (pedestrian). All gates will need to be of the swing type.

We have an electric gate controlled by remote devices however the motor is old and ceased to operate. We need a new motor supplied and installed on the current runners. We also need 3 remotes programmed to run the gate. - Due date: Before Saturday, 30 September 2023
