Find a professional gate installation in Broadway Nedlands

The gate is not closing unless manually pushed closed due to its poor alignment - the top part of the gate is getting caught preventing it from closing. In the photos, you can see where it is rubbing up tightly along the latch - white scuff marks. The tension is fine as it moves towards closing and the self latch system will work once the gate is pushed in to a closed position. Need repaired as soon as possible. Please reply if you confidently know you can fix it. Thanks

Need to fix. New bolt just won’t work

We have a wooden fence and gate 4 metres long that needs to be moved forward 2 metres

install a sliding gate track over the bricks (no cutting of bricks required).

Current pavers to be removed and replaced by aggregate concrete please.

A piece of old timber on the side gate has broken off and in doing so the latch is also dislodged as the timber is old.

Our very heavy gate has come off the rails. We need at least three, but maybe even four, people to lift it back onto the rail.

The job involves adjusting a self-closing gate that is an entry gate to a swimming pool. The gate is timber and therefore pinches and swells a bit. Needs adjusting to ensure it closes properly and meets regulations

Wooden gate that needs two palings replaced and screwed in- down and across. You will need to provide your own replacement wood planks please and your own tools (saw, screws and drill etc). My old dog chewed through this due to anxiety and I need this fixed today for the new dog we are getting. The camera on the door bell has stopped working. The indoor panel is showing blue screen now when someone press the door bell, instead of the video. The system is wired between the outdoor and indoor unit. The indoor panel also allow us to unlock the gate via a magnetic system. The brand is “Aurine “

Two of our pool gates aren’t self closing and it appears that their hinges have been installed upside down (which makes it difficult to adjust the closing tension). I need someone to reinstall the hinges correctly and tighten so that the automatic self closing function is effective. It shouldn’t require any new materials as the existing hinges are fine (just installed ipside down) and I have a spare hinge that has been unused). There may be a need to drill new holes in the gate if the existing holes don’t align with the new hinge settings. - Due date: Before Friday, 12 January 2024

Gate does not close properly, had handyman try and fix before but they could not really fix it, improved it for short time only. Not sure what the problem is ?
