The tenants have reported a sewage odor issue in the property. Since they started using the toilets and showers, they have noticed a slight smell of sewage, which appears to be coming from the outdoor terrace drain between the kitchen and the master bedroom. On hot days, the odor becomes significantly worse. It might caused by blocking sewage, might need a electrical eel. Must be a professional plumber.

Good morning, I am hoping to have someone install this gate ASAP as I have run out of time. Two wooden posts need to be mounted into brick, and the gate attached to the post. I have the hinges and screws required. Looking for someone to mount it today. Job isn’t too tricky but requires someone with experience.

Black metal custom made gate. Attached on 2 posts. Posts are bolted on the ground. Uncertain whether they are concreted. The gate posts are wobbly. They are bolted on the ground but not secured to the wall or the fence. So the gate rattles and shakes.

The existing gate post (65x65mm) has been pushed over by the neighbour's garden wall so that the gate now can't be opened and closed easily. The post on the house side is OK. The job would need the gate to be removed, the existing post dug up, a new post installed so it's plumb, and the gate then re-hung. You can see in the images how much the neighbour's wall is leaning, and how the capstone has been pushed loose. It's the neighbour's wall and it needs to stay in place.

Exterior metal gate repair. Connecting post to the house has come away due to wall plugs failing. Need to replace and reattach post back to the wall. If possible a jockey wheel attached to the fence to help with the weight.
