Repair the latch and hinge of colour bond side gate which is not aligned properly

the wood on my garden gate door has expanded from all the rain and is difficult to open/close and lock. Can someone help fix it so it can open more easily.

I have a lot of bricks and a gate. I would like a front barrier to be completed with bricks. I would also like to attach the previous left part of the gate, back on the bricks. We’re looking for someone to 1). install a wooden picket fence in between the brick columns. There are 4 areas requiring the pickets. 1600 wide x 60 high. One area requires metal fence to be removed (screw is burred). There are dyna bolts that require grinding down on the brick columns from where the metal fence has been removed. No paint required. 2). Install matching timber side gate. 900 wide x 1700 high. Lockable latch. No paint required. Happy for wilmaplex pre-fabricated pine (round top but squared off pls) Bunnings gate ($132 on the shelf 900x1800). Carpenter to supply all materials incl lockable lock/hinges, screws and all timber to complete the job. All rubbish/offcuts to be removed. Job to be completed next week.

I need a large drop bolt to be supplied and fitted on my main gate. The gate is made of aluminum. Also to drill two holes in the concrete, one for locking the gate in the open position and the other for locking the gate in the closed position. I have uploaded a pic showing the gate where the bolt is required and another pic of a similar job. The bolt size may differ from the one shown.
