There are two pool gates with TruClose hinges installed that no longer self-close and require replacement. Exact replacements can no longer be sourced and the newer hinges will require drilling onto the metal post in order to attach the hinges. Optional task to inspect gates and suggest / source hinges with best fit. Location is Dianella (near Dianella Dr, Yirrigan Dr intersection). Address to be provided when task is assigned.

Colorbond gate at side of house does not close. I think the problem is that a rivet on the bottom part of the gate has come loose, and the structure has popped out such that it no longer closes properly, and therefore cannot be locked. - Due date: Before Friday, 21 April 2023

There are three garden gates. The first (white one in pics) needs re-hanging. The posts that attach it to the wall have detached, so need to be drilled back into the brick. The second is actually fine, but the piece of fencing it latches onto has moved, so it doesn’t click into place anymore. Fencing needs to be adjusted. The third (not pictured) is just a bit sticky. Maybe needs plaining, or just the hinges drilled in tighter to lift it slightly. 🤷🏻‍♂️ - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 24 July 2022

The piece of wood attached to the gate and the wall has split due to somebody pushing the gate instead of pulling it. I have a replacement piece of wood for the gate to be drilled into, just need somebody to come and drill the wood into the existing holes in the wall and attach the gate again.
