The fence gate used to open but it stopped working one day. If you pull with enough force you can still open it but it's very inconvenient. Also have a sliding door that isn't sitting right and may need a wheel? Not too sure...

Side double gates need to be replaced, currently timber, installing metal using the same upright posts with additional metal frames, have prefab frame and bought materials. Suit handyman or chipy. I will supply all materials, this is purely labour

We need a wooden gate to be built in the gap (pictured), to match the fence we already have (also pictured). Ideally, we wish for this to be lockable.

I have two gates which need some metal welded on to them so I can attach the swing gate motors. Motors are currently bolted to timber uprights which are not strong enough. Gate is 30mm square tube. Bracket for gate motor is 50mm wide. I’ll take advice as to whether it should be tube or plate, horizontal or vertical.

I have a simple locksmith job . I don’t have the key to unlock the housing of the motor for my front driveway gate. It’s stuck and I can’t fully open the gate. Need to unlock the housing so I can switch over to manual and open my gate.

Pool latches on metal gates are not compliant and need replacing with two new locks. I have the locks (see picture). Please note property is on steep block. 12 steps up to pool access. Parking at front gate. Any day the weather is fine please.
