Latch on our wooden gate is broken Needs to be removed and re attached higher on the gate because it has been drilled too much

There are two types of corrugated panels on our garage roof, solid and translucent. There seems to be a gap that is letting through water when it rains. It's not a lot, but there is a slow leak. We tried to patch with silicon, but didn't get it right. Height of garage: 2.65m

The gate post is too far from the gate and I need a 19mm timber fastened onto the post and have the gate catch that needs to be recessed into the timber.

Handy man needed to screw gate hinge into wall

Replacement of entire lock and handle system. Old handle has snapped off. This particular lock seems difficult to find. (Price of lock system not included in quote, I will pay for that on request, cheers).

(1) Paint an 18m x 2.4 metre long fence. Two coats required. Spray gun essential. Only the top needs hand painting ( so paint doesn’t go onto neighbours path). (2) spray gun paint and hand paint both sides of the gate (3.6 m x1.8 mtr). Needs undercoat and two coats I will supply paint. You need a paint gun and brushes.

Screw has fallen out- top of handle and needs a new one (as the old one has gone missing). Should be a quick fix!

My front gate has a broken hinge as well as front lock broken. The lock doesn't have a key. It is just one of those slats where you raise the metal piece up and it falls into a groove keeping the door in place. That thin metal piece has broken and I need a new one installed.
