Front fence(about 12 m long x 2m high ) is currently wobbly and leaning to one side, along with an attached steel-framed gate. Please find attached photos. Two gates to access the front of a AirBnB house needs to be sourced/built. The entrances are two footpaths that vary slightly in width (one is about 90cm and the other 120cm). The gates will need to be quite low (80cm). The gates need to match each other in style. They will probably need to have hinges and latches. Remove rotting timber and fixtures and replace with new hardwood timber sourced by you. Reattach hinges and lock apparatus. Must have similar top as it has now. I will paint it.
