I need my fence gate latch to be fixed. It came off due to high winds. I have the latch and screws.

The interface between the window frame and the wall leaks when it rains. The job is to see where the leak is coming from and fix it. The water is not coming from the roof since there is a window directly above the one that leaks which shows no sign of leakage

Locksmith knowledge / experience required. The lock on one end of the gate that engages the slide mechanism to move the gate bolt up and down is not working ...the key will no longer turn in the lock as required...so the bolt is stuck in the down position and we can't move the gate completely out of the way. Potentially removal / replacement of existing lock required.

My side gate has come off its hinges. Need someone to assist securing it again. Need help urgently.
