Existing gates either modified to accommodate a sliding electronic gate. Will need to dig a trench for gate. Recommend inspection first.

I have 2 pool gates that are not latching from all positions. one has a Latch requires an adjustment as per first pic. This post will need to be secured to the house. The second gate also not latching but that is because the post is moving. If anything is used to secure the gate, it must be at the very top of the post Not sure what to secure it to. This gate also needs adjusting so the gap between the glass and the post is less than 10mm

Need to repair an door in the house which is getting jammed on the door frame. Also need adjustments to 3 pool gates which are too slow in closing.

The ground has cracked so the gate cannot fully open. Cut the bottom of the gate so more clearance. Install new latches and locks - Due date: Before Friday, 19 January 2024

Hinge on my metal front gate has snapped. Existing hinge is soldered/welded to the metal gate and screwed into the metal gatepost. Need to supply and attach new hinges. Would like both hinges to be replaced even though only one is broken, as second hinge is likely to fail also. - Due date: Flexible
