I have a sliding gate for my driveway which is a pain to operate. It constantly gets stuck and is extremely slow. It was installed by a contractor a few years ago who evidently cut some corners and so has an overall low quality of workmanship. I’m looking for someone to assess it and work out what’s wrong and arrange to repair it. You must be experienced dealing with electric sliding gates (steel frame, wooden pickets approx 3m long on a track)

2m long section where corrugated roof meets brick exterior. Looks as though there are areas where the seal has degraded. The area is above a window box, 2.5m height.

The gate door is quite large and heavy. It is very difficult to open and close as it no longer is seated correctly. The gate is tilted away from the top hinge (see photos). It may need new hinges or something so it fits properly. The gate is wood on a metal frame and is 92cm wide by 220 cm tall.

Metal frame double gate needs 2 bolts one in the middle and one at the top with a bottom drop bolt installed.

Gate keeps jamming on rail/ground and won’t open properly. I believe the hinges need replacing to metal/heavy duty hinges.

I have 2 pool gates that are not latching from all positions. one has a Latch requires an adjustment as per first pic. This post will need to be secured to the house. The second gate also not latching but that is because the post is moving. If anything is used to secure the gate, it must be at the very top of the post Not sure what to secure it to. This gate also needs adjusting so the gap between the glass and the post is less than 10mm

Hi there, the top hinge on the left hand side of my double gates has snapped so needs replacing. You will need a welder, a replacement hinge and experience in doing this task before.
