Find a professional gate installation in Kew VIC

We require 2x timber gates to be built and then fitted to the two side returns. There is an existing gate at the front of the property, and would like the gates built to match (timber, merbau). Painting is not required. Also, the gates need to be fitted with latches. Hardware (timber, posts, hinges, latches, etc.) to be provided by the builder. Posts are in a monument powder coated metal, would like made to match. Per the photos there are existing gates which are to be removed. On the right side return there are existing posts which can remain in situ, so the gate can be installed onto these posts. On the left side return, 2x new metal posts will need to be supplied and installed. Further, due to the size of the gap, a small fence will need to be constructed, which the post/gate will connect to (you can see a temp installation in place today in the photos). Inspection welcome. Repair external side gate after hinge had broken.. steel frame with timber panel slates..

One of the gates is not working as the screw was broken (see pic) and part of it was left in the hole so we cannot do a simple screw replacement. I've attached a photo of the other working gate so you have an idea how it looks like. Let me know your solution and the quote please. Thank you.

Garage gate stopped working not responding to the remote control

Pool latches on metal gates are not compliant and need replacing with two new locks. I have the locks (see picture). Please note property is on steep block. 12 steps up to pool access. Parking at front gate. Any day the weather is fine please.

Fan located in ceiling void with easy access is not working. Investigate to determine why and fix accordingly.

Need supply and installation of light weight, blade type, electric sliding driveway door 4x1.6m, and pedestrian gate 0.9 x 1.6m and fence 6x1.6m and 8x1.6m.

The keypad to open the pedestrian gate is not working. Possible corrosion from water entering outside and needs to be opened and checked? Keypad should have code entered and then latch releases, not happening now.

We need the self closing pool gates (x2) fixed. Does not require new hinges, just adjustment of current ones.

Need a wooden gate replaced, as current gate is rotting. Need it to be solid wood so dog can't see out. And also a functional outdoor lock that can be opened from both sides rather than the padlock.

Approx 9.5 metre fence including gate, required. Paling with capping or other material. Remove some bricks and put fence and gate along patio and fence to boundary. Two sides fence , total including gate 9.5 meters..gate preferred with slats .rest privacy fence.

Remove existing latch. Install new one. Screws are well stuck. I can’t do it myself. The barrel isn’t catching and needs to be replaced. I have the replacement latch.

existing iron gate needs to be attached by bolts after being snapped/pulled off bolts still in holes

The gate handle has dropped and won't latch onto the other side of the gate for me to close the gate properly. I need to lift the bottom of the gate and then it latches on. Need a handy person who can attend to adjusting the gate. Photos attached. It seems straightforward.

Water is entering the garage via, I think, a blocked downpipe. I need to determine whether the water leak is due to a downpipe issue or something else. - Due date: Flexible

The gate has been blown off the hinges in yesterday’s wind, I’ve temporarily put it back in place but it needs to be secured either by welding or new hinges fixed.
