An internal gate in a storage unit has been tampered with and falled off the wall. I would like it permanently well secured and I need one padlock put on the front gate to the storage unit. Pictures 1 and 2 are of the gate that needs fixing back onto the surrounds securely, picture 3 is unit 9s storage entry, picture 4 is an example of the padlock on other storage units that I could change for a more secure locking system

Our gate stump looks rotten and needs to be replaced. The current stump is nailed into the cement wall of the garage so you will need tools to get the current nails out. Experience welcomed!

Move into new home and front gate keeps being left open and dog escaping. Need a self closing device obtained and installed.

The side gate won't close properly unless pushing and shoving it. The gate hits against the frame, as shown in photos. Unclear whether it can be adjusted at the hinges or if there are more substantial misalignment issues with the frame. Happy to take more photos if it helps.

Supply and replace the broken section of sliding gate metal gear rack. I would like to repair both the rusted frame and the teeth of the rack. Please see attached image. I would like to post a new task to include the frame repair and teeth repair together. The standard metal rack (as attached image) comes with the 10mm teeth and my gate has the 23mm width teeth (as attached image). Please let me know if we could rebuild the section from the standard metal rack instead of machining a section from scratch. The rusted beams in the pictures are : 50mmX20mm and 100mmX50mm (4mm thickness). I would like to replace the rusted section. - Due date: Flexible
