Require a professional / handyman to install tv bracket to the wall and mount the tv and install two Perma baby gates, one at the bottom and one at the top of the stairs. Available on the Friday too, just need to discuss a time as I am moving that day and will be in and out of the property. Thank you

Need a busted hinge replaced on a gate as unfortunately it looks like someone has tried to kick it in and has bent the existing hinge so badly it can't be re-used. Also need the gate adjusted to stop scraping the side of the house (see pics). Would like to replace with a matching Elgate hinge but having issues finding a supplier. Task budget is based on labour only. Happy to pay for materials separately if you can arrange and on provision of a receipt. Task can be done any time as the gate can be left unlocked on the agreed date/time.

One of the gates on my driveway does not close any more. Bumped slightly by my car, that’s probably the problem.
