Got caught to No Show Concreter to finish the final works after pouring exposed aggregate. A single pressure wash has been done, but there is still cement residue. Need someone to help finish up the work. Total area is approx 60SQM 1. Need to cut the excess concrete of all the egdes through out. 2. Will need to do an acid wash for the whole area to remove existing cement residue and get more aggregate exposure. 3. Necessary pressure wash after the acid wash. 4. Apply atleast 2 coats of appropriate sealer to the mentioned concrete area + existing driveway to have a close finish. 5. Remove minor timber present on sides of the steps. 6. Anything minor that i would have missed. Open for suggestions

Looking for someone to remove and replace the sinking concrete slab under my gate motor, and also install new gate rails. The current slab has dropped about 5–8 cm and needs to be properly excavated, the base compacted, and a new slab poured. Need a lock fixed. Large gate that has fallen a bit below the lock bracket. Options are to either move the bracket, or move the door. Note that the gate is heavy.

Repair & installation of pool gate top latch

Looking for someone to properly adjust the rail on my front gate in Epping. The motor works perfectly, but the rail sits slightly above the spinning wheel, causing movement issues. This was repaired once before, but the problem came back after a few months. I’m after a professional, long-lasting fix – not a temporary solution. The rail needs to be aligned properly so the gate runs smoothly and doesn’t break again soon after. Should be a straightforward job for someone experienced with sliding gates, motors, or metalwork.

Rehang gate on existing posts to try and straighten so it doesn’t get stuck. We will do this as a first step and if it doesn’t work we’ll look at replacing the posts. The posts are pretty straight so it seems more likely to be the hinges. I can help with the physical work. Let me know if you have experience with gates.

Heavy external gate with metal frame required two new heavy duty hinges to be welded on so that gate is reattached. Must be in correct alignment so that gate can be bolted shut as per photos.

2 sheets of corrugated iron have come loose on my fence. Involves reattaching 1 larger piece that is is loose, and 1 smaller piece which came off entirely.

The main door is closed but unable to lock it. It seems the doors has fall down a little bit. The gate is broken in one of the pivots and also needs adjustments and probably concreting the pillar. I have an external gate which has 2 hinges that have rusted through. I need the hinges replaced - although they are vintage so it may be best to just use new hinges over the top of the existing 'decorative elements' so the style remains. I need someone to supply and install the hinges for this gate. Note that the gate is quite heavy (50kg plus) and will require a rehang in alignment with an existing lock. I can supply paint spray for the hinges.

Hi, Need someone to repair or potentially replace damaged frame for exterior driveway gate. Existing damaged frame can possibly be bent back into shape and fixed to concrete using bolts. If this is possible. If this is not possible then replacement frame to be built using galvanised steel posts or similar for existing gates. 2x Gates to be re-hung after this is completed. Gates are quite heavy and tall, 1.8m and I am happy to assist in moving them before the other work takes place.
