I need to install 12m fencing. I’ve got 5x panels 2.1M high x 2.4M wide and a sliding gate 1.8m High x 3M and 7 post 2.7m high Quote should include the following accessories. sliding gate track , stopper , concrete for the gate, 20 brackets.

Lost both keys to bike lock on our back gate. We need it removed, doesn’t matter if the bike lock is damaged in removal.

I need to have a steel gate installed in a laneway in North Melbourne. Scope of works: Attach metal gate to brick wall either side, with 3 x heavy duty hinges attached and dynabolted to brick wall. We need to fix two hooks in the iron gate to put the padlock - Pls refer the picture - Due date: Flexible

Supply and fit large gate hinges. The bottom hinge has snapped and a large, heavy side gate is now suspended by only the top hinge. As the top hinge has been stressed, we'd prefer both hinges be replaced with a new pair. The hinge type needs to be correct to function correctly. The hinges will be fitted to a concrete wall and the steel gate. See photos of gate and hinges.

The wooden floor at the back of my house has dropped approximately 1” away from the bottom of the skirting. I suspect a joist has failed but require a carpenter to investigate and provide a solution. See attached images for more information.
