Hi there, I have two gates (that should fling closed once you open them - self closing) that lead to the pool. I believe the springs are faulty. The locks and gates itself are fine. Just needing to fix the springs now that summer is here.

We have an existing river sand color fence that was installed a year ago. We have a approximately 2.3 meter wide by 1.8 meter height panel we would like to instead have a gate for easy access to our backyard see pictures. The block is on a slope so we might need some sleepers underneath to close the gap that we would just cut to remove when we use the gate not that frequently but open to ideas. One photos the style of gate that we want. The other photo is of the panel removed and of it on.

I'm looking for an experienced tradesperson who can supply and install a timber double gate. The width is 2.6m and the height is 1.8m.

Internal tailgate controller needs rewriting as isn’t working. External controller works fine and all hydraulics are fine.

Repair timber deck, fix side gate and hang mirrors

the side gate is not locking despite pushing the lever to the end, as there’s a gap, please see photo attached

Top of the glass gate needs to shift 4mm over to reduce gap between gate and panel on the latch side - see image. This is polaris hinge set. So you must have experience with Polaris and adjusting pool gates. I am assuming this will be very quick job and as it is a minor adjustment (4mm) so guessing it wouldn'ttake more than 15 minutes.

Due to wind my fence gate latch has broken and hit my down pipe. 1.I need to put up a strong bolt(which has a padlock option) for the fence gate and a stopper to prevent it from hitting the downpipe. Will pay for the item. 2. I need to change the broken downpipe elbow . I will pay for the items to be replaced.

Replace lock on the side gate which is broken. You will need to supply the new lock also or advise me which one to buy

The wind has blown my corrugated roof sheets off it’s nail, and the wind is just causing it to flap around I need it nailed down this morning. I’m based in Glenroy
