Fence between neighbour is falling over and I am unable to close/open my garden gate

We have already have 2 colourbond side gates and panels that cover the side area. We need someone to install them either side of our house with poles. Gates need to be install at the border of the black and stone pavement as seen in the photos.

I need someone to install 2 colour bond side panels to my gates. I do not have the material. The person doing the task will need to be qualified and have their own tools and materials. Our side gate is detached from the brick wall and the gate latch is broken. We want the gate post to be reattached to the brick wall and the gate latch to be replaced with a new one.
