at the front of my home I have metal pool fencing as which the colour and gloss is now fading and so I wish to paint the whole fence to protect and prevent any rust occurring including painting the sliding automatic gate. Please note that I will supply the paint to minimise the cost! Person will only do the labor! Person will supply all other materials to complete the task! Person must lightly sand back and clean prepare the fence properly prior to painting and cover up floors and areas prior to painting to prevent spills etc. The person Must be an experienced handyman and or a licensed painter. I need the job to be done during the day it can be done any day as it’s at the front of the property.Current colour of fence is cream colour and I wish to paint the fence vivid white see attached photo of paint.

I noticed cracks on the walls. My subfloor is normally wet. What I did but seems to not get to the bottom of it so i think i need a structure engineer to assess. 1. Pool guy to check if there is any leak to the pool to make the subfloor wet and might cause the cracks. No leak found. 2. A Builder to check the cracks but he said they looks normal. 3. A Plumber who ran camera through all pipes and found a broken pipe running from the roof which has been replaced but Subfloor still wet. I really want to know why there are new cracks and why subfloor is often wet. I want to make sure my house won’t collapse one day. This keeps me up at night.
